A flowery and fragrant tea with a delicate taste.

A high quality tea from Sikkim just north of Darjeeling borders.

Light amber in colour when brewed, it has a flowery and fragrant aroma.

Best enjoyed without milk.

Preparation: Use approximately 1 heaped teaspoon per cup. Pour over freshly boiled water and cover. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Dispose of the used tea leaves.

Use with a strainer or tea pot to avoid the mess.

    Pumphrey's Nilgiri Tea

Published by Robert Forsyth on 21st Jun 2016

I am a regular customer - I drink your Nilgiri tea . I decided to try Sikkim tea as it was new to me. I found that Sikkim is quite pleasant and refreshing, and it has a distinctly herbal taste. However, Nilgiri is still my favourite. I'll try another Indian tea next time I put in an order.
