Adding to your Basket
Have a look though the many delicious coffees, teas and other items from our 5 main categories Fresh Coffee, Tea Shop, Equipment, Training and Sundries.
Once you've found something you like select the weight, how many units you require and (in the case of coffee) your required grind size from the section on the right of the page.
Once you have decided what you would like click on the 'add to basket' button. This will add the selected item to your virtual shopping basket in the top right hand corner of the page. (You can check what you have in your basket at any point by clicking on it).
My Favourites
If you have visited or purchased from our site previously you will have noticed a little section for your favorite coffees and teas at the top of the page My Favourites. As you brouse though the site you can add any product to your my favourites page by clicking on the 'Add to Favourites'.
Check Out
Once you are happy with what you have in you basket you can then progress to the 'Check Out' by clicking the Check Out' button on to go to the payment pages.
Our coffees are roasted to order and as fresh coffee is a fresh, perishable product it is unfortunately excluded from or returns policy. Please ensure you check and double check your order, its grind (if applicable) volumes and product name etc. before confirming your order.

Terms of Order
These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
No contract will subsist between you and www.pumphreys-coffee.co.uk for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until www.pumphreys-coffee.co.uk accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time www.pumphreys-coffee.co.uk sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). wwww.pumphreys-coffee.co.uk reserves the right refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. www.pumphreys-coffee.co.uk also retains the right to not complete any order it wishes to do so providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given. By placing an order and giving credit card details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless www.pumphreys-coffee.co.uk decides otherwise.
Cancellation Rights
You the consumer are given the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (to not include beans that are ground to your personal specification.) You the consumer have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. You the consumer can be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry website at http://www.dti.gov.uk/CACP/ca/policy/distanceselling/newregs.htm . Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and be unopened. Roasted coffee is excluded from these terms
