**Our Barista Trainer is currently on Paternity Leave - we will update dates as soon as possible.
Once we have availability we will announce new dates on Social Media**
This course is certified and accredited by the Beverage Standards Associtaion and aims to supply those new to Barista skills, the practical coffee knowledge they need to get themselves started. We aim to give you a comphrehesive background on what it is to be a barista and how to apply this to your role when working in the hot drinks industry.
You will learn everything from how to set your grind, building drinks and machine maintenance. You will also learn the theory behind why you are doing specific processes, which will help you to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a barista.
Our courses are limited to 4 delegates per session to maximise learning potential. You will be assessed through out the day in order to earn your certificate, this is completed during the practical sessions. The day will then end with a short theory paper, which will be based on the knowledge you have learnt throughout the day.
We're the only face of City & Guilds in the area, we're a City & Guilds approved centre, and you'll be learning in our purpose built training facilities.
Part of the fee of this course supplies you with the certification you'll require from City & Guilds.

*Please note the certificates can take up to 10 weeks to arrive after the date of the course*
The course is full of great information. As there are only a few people per class the class feels intimate and allows everyone's questions to be answered Unknown on 11th Sep 2016
This was a really fantastic training course: the trainer was really friendly and helpful - my sister and I learned so much about the practicalities of making coffee and the underlying theory. Worth every penny of my father's money! Emma Briggs on 18th Apr 2016
