Pumphrey’s Coffee not only pride themselves on supplying the finest coffee but also the finest service. This is reflected in the work carried out by our dedicated team of fully trained service engineers. Our Service engineers are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Our aim is to have you operational and minimise your machine's down time, enabling you to resume business as normal. We aim to respond to call outs within one working day of your request. This can vary depending on workloads. We also carry out regular machine services, please contact us for more information.

Price

Our competitive call out rate of £49.50 + vat includes the first ½ hrs work. Our engineer, having been out to see your machine, will normally be able to complete his work in that ½ hr. If he cannot, extra labour will be charged at £16.50 + vat for every extra ½ hr or part thereof worked. Prices for outside our service area may vary. Please visit our trade page for more information about the areas we cover. If after an engineer has visited your site and parts are required, a quote will be issued and we must take payment before ordering the parts. We do however hold a large number of spares as stock.

At Pumphreys we supply the finest Barista Training in our dedicated facility here in Blaydon. Courses will take you from plantation to cup, so staff can fully appreciate the processes and skills involved in producing the perfect cup of coffee.
