About Pumphrey's Coffee

Pumphreys of Newcastle upon Tyne supply the finest quality coffee and tea to all their customers from the catering trade or general public.

Directors Stuart Archer and Malcolm Archer have over 30 years experience providing top quality coffee and are dedicated to meeting their customers' requirements.

Since 1983, Pumphrey's Coffee has been based at Bridge Street, Blaydon, Newcastle upon Tyne. The business was originally started in the Flesh Market Coffee beans on plant(which used to be opposite the Bigg Market) in 1750. For further details about how Pumphreys has developed over the last 250 years, see History of Pumphreys.

We purchase the finest coffee beans from around the world, roast them to order in the traditional way with flames, using roasting drums dating back over a hundred years, grind the beans how you want, ensuring that you get the fresh, delicious tasting coffee of your choice.
