Pumphrey’s Coffee not only pride themselves on supplying the finest coffee, coffee beans and ground coffee but also the finest service. This is reflected in the work carried out by our dedicated team of fully trained service engineers.

Coffee Machine Repair

Our aim is to have you operational and minimise your coffee machines down time, enabling you to resume business as normal. We aim to respond to call outs within one working day of your request. This can vary depending on workloads.

Our Service engineers are available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). As well as carrying out one-off coffee machine maintenance and repairs, we also carry out regular machine services, please contact us for more information.

Callout Prices

Our competitive call out rate of £60.00 + vat includes the first ½ hrs work. Our engineer, having been out to see your coffee machine, will normally be able to complete his work in that ½ hr. If he cannot, extra labour will be charged at £20.00 + vat for every extra ½ hr or part thereof worked. Prices for outside our service area may vary. If after an engineer has visited your site and machine parts are required, a quote will be issued and we must take payment before ordering the parts. We do however hold a large number of spares as stock.

Barista Training

The production of your coffee is not only an art but a science that sets you apart from your competitors and can make or break your business.

At Pumphreys Coffee we supply the finest Barista Training in our dedicated facility here in Blaydon. Barista Training Courses will take you from the very start of the coffee process that is plantation, right through to the end product – the coffee cup. This ensures that all staff involved in the coffee trade can fully appreciate the processes and skills involved in producing the perfect cup of coffee.
